    I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. I worked with a young, petite blonde lady when purchasing my vehicle, and she was excellent! I had to stay until after midnight to make sure everything went through as it should, and the entire staff did a great job staying late to make sure I drove away with the vehicle I needed. I was approved the day of my purchase, and the vehicle drove great off the lot, and continues to do so. My only complaint being that it seemed the cleaning and detailing of the vehicle was a little rushed. Overall however, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Ram. I worked with Jennifer on the purchase of my vehicle, and she was outstanding! My vehicle was in good, clean condition when I picked it up, and much like Jennifer, the vehicle is also running outstanding! I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as postive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in to put the cerpentine belt on. It took about an hour to complete. It was not under warranty but the price I paid was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was good. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was neutral because they still did not diagnose one of the problems.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. I brought my car in because the alternator belt was too big. It took about an hour to get fixed. IT was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was good. The black strips on the windows are not secure and water leaks into the car. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. My salesperson was Mike. He and the other employees did a very good job. I was approved the same day. My car was in good condition when I got it and it is doing good today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I worked with Todd on the purchase of my vehicle, and he was excellent as a salesperson. My car was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, and other than a small tire issues I am having taken care of at the dealership, things are good with the vehicle. I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1993 Ford Taurus. I worked with Shawn on the purchase of my vehicle, and he was great. However, I had issues with the vehicle almost immediately, including gasline issues, which caused the vehicle to nearly shut off at times, and also brake issues; I had those issues resolved, but still I opted to return the vehicle back to the dealerhsip. I was approved same day for my purchase, but I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be neautral for these reasons, The car had issues almost immediately, and when I ran into a small payment issue, the store and the credit department were not at all understanding of my situation, and simply wanted their money, and offered little assistance or sympathy.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I worked with a short young man, and he was wonderful! My vehicle was clean and in great condition and good working order when I picked it up, and the car continues to run well today. I was approved for my purchase the same day I walked into the store, and all in all my experience with JD Byrider has been awesome and positive!

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. I brought my car in because it broke down on me. It took 1 day to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was so-so, but I have an issue with them charging a service fee on something that is under warranty. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was neutral because I have had to bring the car in so many times.

    I own a 2008 Dodge Ram. We worked with Rick on the purchase of our vehicle, and he did a great job, and literally saved my husband and I; we run a company from home, and the need for vehicle is imperiative. Due to economic struggles and issues with the current economy as a whole, we were stranded without a vehicle when our main truck was stolen out of town. We walked into our local JD Byrider and considered it our last chance at survival, and Rick helped us, and saved our working lives. We were approved same day and were granted a payment schedule that was fair and flexible, and the whole staff was very aware and responsive to our situation. I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be very positive, and will refer anyone I can to JD Byrider because they saved us for sure!

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. I brought my car in for the air conditioner. It took about 6 hours to get fixed. It was under warranty. I did not get a receipt. The staff was good. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Chrysler Sebring. I worked with Andrew, and Andrew did a really good job helping me find a car. The car was clean and in good condition when I purchased it, and the car is acting up a little today, but nothing serious at all. I was approved same day for my purchase, and overall I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 Dodge Ram. I brought my car in because the transmission was slipping. It took about a week to get fixed. It was under warranty. I did not get a receipt. The staff was not impressive, but once I got ahold of the vice president I was taken care of. The stereo stays on when I turn the car off, and other electrical issues. Overall, my experience was negative because of the problems with the car and the staff treated me poorly and the vice president hasnt called me back about the dashboard that JD Byrider messed up.
