    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Andy I believe. His customer service was good. The car was clean and in good running condition when I purchased it. Currently it is having some minor problems. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for a new alternator. It was in the shop for a day. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. The staff were good. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My salesperson was J.T, and he was excellent. It didnt take him long to get me approved for the car I wanted. The car was in good condition when I got it, and I am not having any problems at this time. I love my little car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. I brought it in for the transmission. It was there for 3 days and the service was covered under warranty. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was inredibly helpfull, polite, respectful and accomidating. The experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. My car was in for the breaks and oil change. They had my car for a couple of days. The service was under warranty. They did not give me any paper work. The breaks are making a noise. The employees were alright, when Adam was there things were better. My overall experience was neutral, because the person that I delt with was cocky and rude.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. My salesman was Ronny. He was a great salesman. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. It has already been in the shop once because it was misfiring. They said they couldn`t feel it. I don`t know how they can`t because it is doing it all the time. Now the check engine light is on too. I am going to take it back in tomorrow. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. It took less than an hour to get it back and I got a receipt. The staff did a very good job working with me and the service was covered under warranty. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle recently. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. My sales person was Jay. I was there for a couple of hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there was awesome. The experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and it took 40 minutes. It was covered under warranty I think and I got a receipt afterwards. The staff did a fine job with the work. I have not had any recent problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was neutral because the head mechanic had some issues ordering a sensor and getting it installed correctly awhile back.

    I own a 1998 CADILLAC Eldorado. My salesperon was Dousty. He was wonderful with customer service. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I recieved it. The service ablility system light keeps coming on and there is a few cracks in the windshield. When I tell Dousty about the problems he gets right on them to be fixed. I was approved the same day. My overall experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Ford Ranger. I bought my car from Christian. He was good with helping me purchase a car. The vehicle was not in good condition when I received it. I`ve had to take my car in six times to get it fixed. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was neutral, because they didn`t sell me a reliable car.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Erica. Her service was very good--she was really patient with me. The car was in good condition and clean when I got it. I was approved for the car the same day. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. They had my car for the day. It was under warranty. I recieved paperwork for the work they did. The staff`s customer service was great. The check engine light is still on. Also my heat only comes out on one side. They said that is not under the warranty. Overall, my experience was positive.
