 | I own a 2002 Ford Escape. I purchased my car from Tom. He was wonderful when assisting me. The vehicle was clean, and only had a few dings when I received it. My car is running good today. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. Mike was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. It took one day for me to be approved for the vehicle, and I think I smell something coming from the vehicle. The staff was wonderful, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2008 Nissan Altima. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about half an hour to complete. It was under warranty. I did not get a receipt. The staff was very respectul this time, but the last time I came in I was treated very disrespectfully and I was very angry. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was negative because the way I have been treated by people there and the way they disrespected me.

 | I own a 2002 KIA OPTIMA. I brought my car in because it quit running and I had to get the car towed in. It took 2 days to get everything fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was very nice and I have no complaints. They worked with me without an appointment. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 KIA RIO. I brought the vehicle in because it was jerking. It took 2 days for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I have to get the motor mounts replaced which are not covered under warranty. The customer service I received was awesome. My overall experience was positive.

My car has had a burning smell, I am going to take it in. The employees were very good, nice and helpful. My experience was very positive.

 | I own a 2005 SUZUKI FORENZA. I had my vehicle in for service on the alternator, and the service was done quickly; It was covered under warrenty, although I did not recieve any paperwork for the service. I like the mechanics in the shop at my dealership, and my car is doing fine today. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2001 GMC Jimmy. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Brandon, and he was absolutely fantastic in terms of customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. One of the doors is not shutting properly, but they said they would take a look at it next time we`re in. We were completely satisfied with everything, and I will reccommend JD Byrider to anyone looking for a car.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. The only problem now is the dome light inside doesn`t work. I told him about it today. I was approved for the vehicle the same day I went in. Overall, my experience was neutral because it was a new experience for me. I had never bought a car before.

 | I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of the battery. The customer service was good and I paid a price that I did not feel was fair. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. There is a problem with the tire rod now.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac AZTEK. I brought it in for a problem with the drivers side power window switch. I ended up havint to pay $103 dollars for it and I am really mad about having to pay for it because it has been a problem sine I bought it. They said it is an electrical problem and that it isn`t covered. It was there for an hour and a half or two hours. I did get a receipt. The window is acting funny again as of today even though replaced the entire motor. I have not talked to them about it yet. I have no complaints about the staff and the experience was neutral because I don`t think I should have had to pay for something that was broken on a car that I have only owned less than 6 months.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was neutral because I am still having problems with my car. I had to take it in twice and pay and they still didnt fix it. I brought my car into the shop because it was cutting off on me while I would drive. They had my car in the shop for about one day and the staff members treated me alright. I had to pay 125 dollars for the work done and I did get a receipt with it. The price I had to pay was fair for me. Today my car is running the same and it sometimes jumps on me.

 | I own a 2001 Hyundai Accent. I took my car in for an alignment and it took one day. They want me to pay 53 dollars but I do not have the money to do that; so I left the vehicle there. The car is doing good. The staff was nice. My overall experience was positive.

I just need to get used to the anti theft stuff on the car. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.
