 | I own a 2001 Nissan Altima. My car was in for a inspection and oil change. They had my car for about forty minutes. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were very good. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done really quick for me and while I was there the staff members treated me good. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me.

The vehicle is doing good today, we are taking it in for a free check up because of a problem with the transmission that they knew baout. The vehcile was in good condition and clean when I recieved it. I was approved the same day. My overall experience was positive.

I did receive paperwork that day. The check engine light is back on. The customer service I received was pretty good. My overall experience was positive.

I didnt have to pay for it, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The staff treated me very well.

 | I own a 2004 Ford FREESTAR. I brought it in for the brakes and the engine light. It was there for a day and the service was covered. I did get a receipt but the engine light is still on. I talked to them mechanic about it and they are saying it is more than likely the EGR valve assembly. The staff there was friendly and the experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I brought my vehicle in for service because the engine was cranking, and so far the vehicle has been in the shop for 2 weeks, and I still have yet to recieve the car back; I know the vehicle is under warrenty, however. The staff at my dealership are generally really friendly with me, but over all I would consider my experience with JD Byrider to be neutral; I continue to bring the vehicle in for the same issues, and this time, I have been without my car for two weeks!

 | I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. I brought it in because it was riding rough. It was there for less than a day and the service was covered I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there was did very well and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Pontiac AZTEK. I worked with a black haired male and he was a really good guy and did a great job. The vehicle was in really nice shape and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved right away. The service engine light has been on for a bit and also, the back end of the vehicle has a shimmy to it when you brake. Overall my experience was very positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Ford Mustang. Overall my experience was negative because they told me that my car is supposed to tick because of the style. They told me that there is nothing wrong with my car and I know that there is. I took my car into the shop because it was making a ticking noise. They had my car back to me that same day and the staff members were ok for me. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is still making that same ticking noise.
