 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 Buick Regal. I took my car into the shop for a new transmission. It was in the shop for a week. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were pretty good. The car is still doing the same thing. My overall experience was neutral because this is the second or third time we had to take this car into the shop for the same thing.

 | I own a 2005 Ford Focus. My salesperson was Iscar. The customer service that I received was great. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. The cd player doesn`t work. It took about 3-4 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Venture. I brought my car in for a water leak and brake problems. It took a day and a half to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was fine. The brakes are still messed up and the transmission is slipping and the water leak is in a different spot now. Overall, my experience was neutral because this is the 4th time I`ve had to bring the car back in and we only have 1 car so it puts us at a great disadvantage. Also, none of my problems were fixed the last time I came in for service.

 | I own a 2001 Chrysler VOYAGER. I took my car in for an oil change, struts, and a sway bar. The service wsa completed quickly. I paid 19.95 for the oil change but that was reasonable. The customer service was wonderful. My vehicle today has some problems. The van is still making a noise, when I turn the heat on the air conditioner blows out too, and I was driving the other day and a piece from under the dash fell out onto my feet and now the is cold air blowing. My overall experience was positive.

They did give me paper work and a receipt. My car needs to have the shocks and suspension looked at, when you go over a speed bump it squeeks and a loud noise. The employees were wonderful. My experience was positive.

The vehicle was neat and but it has some cosmetic issues. The light on the dashboard for the milage isn`t working. It took about 8 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was neutral due to the length of time for me to be approved for the vehicle.

 | I own a 2003 SATURN ION. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Brandon, and he was wonderful in terms of customer service. I was amazed because he did such a great job. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently the check engine light is on, and there is a broken seal on one of the windows.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get the radiator replaced and it took one day to get it back to me. The staff treated me very well and also gave me a receipt. The work was covered under warranty and I have not had any other troubles with my vehicle since then.

The service was under warranty. I did get paper work. The employees were very nice. The horn is still not working, but it is not covered under the warranty. My experience was neutral, because it took a little to long.

They had my car in the shop for about two hours and the staff members treated me nice while I was there. I had to pay for the work done and I did get a receipt with it. The price I had to pay was fair for me. Today my car is running fine. Overall my experience was positive.
