 | I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. I brought the vehicle in because it needed an oil change. I left it with them for the day to be completed. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was great. I wish I could give her a star or something. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Hyundai Sonata. I worked with a tall, white male on the purchase of my vehicle, and he did a good job helping me out. My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, and it is running well today. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

I was approved quickly the first day I went in and the vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it. I noticed a popping noise recently when I was driving. They are still working on my car and the staff members treated me good while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did not get paperwork with it. Today my car is being worked on.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. I took my car in because it was shaking, the door was sticking, it was making a funny noise, and I thought a light was out. The car was in the shop for an entire day. I didn`t pay anything but I did recieve paperwork. The car is terrible; I have another apointment tomorrow. I am done with this car. The staff was fine. My overall experience was nuetral because they didn`t fix the noise.

 | I own a 2008 Buick Park Avenu. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because the springs on the strip came off. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. There are no problems with my car now.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Venture. I had a tall, blonde women help me on the purchase of my vehicle, and she did a pretty good job. My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, and the vehicle is doing o.k. today with these exceptions; when I have the vehicle in park on a hill or incline, it is a little difficult to shift back into drive, almost like the shifter is sticking, and the driver side window is sticking as well, and is hard to manipulate up and down. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

I am having problems with the air conditioning making a clicking sound. The customer service I received was wonderful. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Buick Century. My sales person was Charles. I was there for 3 hours or so and the car was in good condition when I got it, though it could have been a bit cleaner such as the window. I noticed that on the windshield there are some scratches, and today when they looked at it for me they assured me they won`t turn into cracks. The staff was really nice and the experience was positive.
