    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. I brought my car in for an oil change and for the transmission. The motor in my door panel went out and I was dissatisfied because that was not under warranty. I did not feel the price was fair. The transmission was under warranty. They had my car in the shop for about 5 hours. I got paperwork for the work they did. The staff`s customer service was fine. I am having a problem with my heater now. Overall, my experience was negative because of all the problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. I brought my car in to get the oil changed. The service was completed quickly. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were fine, and so is the car now. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 SATURN SL1. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for an inspection. It was in the shop for a couple of days. I had to wait for some parts to come in. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff are excellent--I get along great with the staff. My car just needs a tune-up. Other than that the car is fine.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Buick Regal. I worked with a shorter black haired male and he did a good job with me. The vehicle was not in good condition or clean when I bought it. I took it through a carwash and when I drove it out of the wash there were a lot more visible scratches and rough spots. It looks like they did a quick paint job on it. The dealership denied it. I was approved the first day I went in. Overall my experience was negative because I felt like I was lied to about the condition of the vehicle.

    I own a 2008 Dodge Caravan. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I did not have to pay anything and I was given a receipt. The customer service was very good and I am not having any problems with my car now.

    I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for an oil change. I did get it serviced in the same day. I was charged $10.04 and I did get a receipt. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle now. The staff overall was fine.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2008 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience has been neutral because it took them 2 weeks to fis my vehicle. I brought it in because it wouldn`t start in the mornings. I took it in on a Wednesday and pick it up the next day, but the next morning I had the same problems so I tool it back it and they had the vehicle until the next thursday. My vehilce was under warranty and I did recieve paperwork for the work done on the car. I thought the customer service was fine. I am having more problems with the vehicle today. I think I have a problem with my transmission.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Buick Park Avenu. I bought my car from Kyle, and he was pretty good. I wasnt approved for the car that day, but I was a couple days later. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, and I am not having any problems now. I realized there is some damage on the left front on the bumper. The bumper was split about eight inches. Overall my experience was neutral because it was little things that got to me. Like needing so many refrences.

    I own a 2001 SATURN LW200. Overall my experience has been postive. I brought my vehicle in because I was having an oil leak. The service was ok I have to bring it back again next Monday. My vehicle is under warranty so I don`t have to pay for the service. I did recieve a reciept for the work onmy vehilce. Today the veilce is still having the same problems as before. I thought the customer service was ok.

    I own a 2000 Mercury Mountainee. My salesperson was Dashawn, he was excellent with customer service. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I recieved it. The vehicle is doing good today. I was approved the same day. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. Tyrone was the salesperson who worked with me to get the vehicle and he did a good job. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. I noticed the hatch sticks a bit sometimes but other than that everything was fine.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle was making noise in the front, and my vehicle was in the shop for less than one day. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The staff said that I need to bring my vehicle back in the future, becuase the reapir would take two days to complete. The staff fixed some my oil issue that I had, but they did not have time to fix the front end. The service department was too busy for them to spend two days on my vehicle during the time that I was there.

I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. My saleperson was Pete. His service was great. I was approved for the car the same day. For the most part, my car was in good condition and clean when I picked it up. I am beginning to hear some noises under the left tire.
