 | I own a 1999 Dodge Intrepid. Overall my experience is always positive. I brought my vehicle in due to a brake problem and it took 6 hours to get it back. The staff got me a receipt before I left and the price I paid for the service was fair. Everyone there did a good job. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle recently.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Blazer. I brought my car in because it was leaking something and the back windshield wipers weren`t fixed. It was in the shop for two days. It was under warranty. I received paperwork for the work they did. The staff`s customer service was good. The back windshield wipers still don`t work. Overall, my experience was neutral because the windshield wipers are not fixed yet.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Buick Park Avenu. I took my car in for an oil change. I also had my security light checked and my gas gauge fixed. It was in the shop all day. It was under warranty and I did receive a receipt and paperwork. The staff was ok except for they did not get a note about the gas gauge. I had to come back at a later time and have that fixed. It was a huge inconvenience. My overall experience was neutral because it would have saved me sometime if the issue had been fixed in the first place.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was neutral, because I have to take my vehicle to Ford. I had an oil change, work on my brakes, and my oil light was on. My brake were loud and noisey, and my vehicle was in the shop overnight. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My engine light is still on, and the staff told me to go to the Ford dealership. J.D. Byrider said that the Ford dealership would be able to fix my engine. Now, I have to set up another appointment to get my vehicle taken care of.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Venture. My salesperson sat in the first office on the right, and he was pretty good. It didnt take long for me to get approved for the car. The car was in good condition when they gave it to me, but the drivers side window doesent work. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in because it was running hot. It took two days for them to fix it. I was charged a reasonable amount and I did get the paperwork too. The staff overall were great. I currently have no issues with my car now.

 | I own a 2004 Dodge Ram. I worked with Tommy and Ken, and they both did a very good job helping me; things went quick, and things were really easy. My vehicle was clean and in good shape when I picked it up, and it is running great today. I was approved once before for a vehicle I decided not to purchase, and so being approved again was not problem at all. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2002 SATURN L300. My experience was positive. My salesperson was a taller black man who was very easy to work with. My car was clean when I got it, but there wasn`t any oil in it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is smoking now.

 | I own a 2004 Dodge Neon. I worked with Tommy on the purchase of my vehicle, and she was great, and really awesome! My vehicle was clean and in good shape, but the service engine light has come on, and I plan to have it in the dealership to have it looked at. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all, I would consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Amin. His service was great. The car was in good condition and clean when I first got it. I was approved for the car the same day. There are no problems with my car at this time.

 | I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about an hour from the time I got there until I got out. It was not under warranty but I felt the price was fair. I got paperwork for it. The customer service was good. I deal with the same lady all the time and she is pretty good. I am not having any problems with the vehicle now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Joel. His service was good. The car was in good condition and clean for me. I was approved for the car the same day. The driver side window gets stuck often but that is the only problem I am having with my car. Everything else is fine.

 | I own a 1999 Mercury Mountainee. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Mary Ann, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle had some minor issues when I bought it, and they have not beeb fixed yet. My stereo will not light up, and there is a tear in the leather seats. I plan on having in the near future, and my sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.
