    I own a 2000 SATURN SL1. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in because I was missing my driver side visor, the driver side door panel, it needed a wheel alignment, and it was having problems accelerating. This last time I brought my car in I got it back in one day. I was not charged for this service. My speakers are blown and they are ordering the parts for that. The staff overall wa very cordial.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Felicia, and she provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. I took the car to the service center because the transmittion had to be replaced. The car was there for a week before they called to tell me it was done. All the work that was done was covered under warranty, but I still got a receipt back. I am not currently having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me real good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Buick LeSabre. I took my car in for an oil change. The service was completed quickly. I didn`t pay anything, but I did recieve paperwork. The car is doing great today; I love it. I couldn`t ask for better customer service. Amber and Max are really nice people. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. My salesperson was Ricky. He was good with customer service. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I recieved it. The vehicle is doing good so far, but there is some popping on the left tire when you turn it too far to the left. I was approved the same day. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. Devon was my salesperson and he was very representative. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I walked in. I have not had a single problem with the vehicle since I drove it off the lot. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Tangie and she was wonderful. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There is a problem with my breaks and also a dash light coming on. I have an appointment for my car to be serviced. I was approved the same day.

    I own a 1998 Dodge Durango. I took the car to the service center because there was something wrong with the transmittion. I took it in this morning, and it is still there. I didnt have to pay anything because I just dropped it off, and I didnt get anything back yet. The car is still there so I dont know if there is still a problem. They told me they would call me when they are done working on it. The staff treated me great. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET AVEO. Overall my experience has been positive. Larry was the name of the salesperson that helped me, and he did a good job that day . When I purchased the vehicle it was in good condition the car was also clean . Today I am not experiencing any problems with the vehilce. I was approved in the same day .

    I own a 1999 SATURN SL. I brought the vehicle in because it needed an oil change. It took 1 hour for it to be completed. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I having problems with the starter. The customer service I received was nice. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Explorer. I brought it in for several things including the brakes, the fuel pump, and battery. It was there for 2 days and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there was very nice and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Escort. I brought the vehicle in because it had a leak and the battery died. It took 1 1/2 hours for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did have to pay the $25.00 deductible. I think the price was fair. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was great. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in because it was not working. The service took three days to complete. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were wonderful when helping me. My car now has an oil leak. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I worked with Tim, and the customer service was really nice. My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, and it continues to run perfectly today; Although, I have noticed that the brakes are acting like they don`t want to stop as quickly, and the steering wheel is shaking a little. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.
