    I own a 1999 SATURN SC2. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehicle in because the battery died on me. The service was completed quickly for me. There was a defect in the battery so they didn`t make me pay for the service. I did receive paperwork for the work done. My vehicle is doing good today, I am having no problems. The staff was nice as far as customer service.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2006 Ford Taurus. My experience was neutral because I am already having problems with the car. David was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. I need to have the starter replaced, and the check engine light is on.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I brought the vehicle in because it needed an oil change. It took 45 minutes for it to be completed. It wasn’t covered under warranty. I think the price was fair. I did receive paperworkthat day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was great. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. I brought my car in because it was cutting off. The service was completed quickly. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were nice as far as customer service. My car is running good today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford TAURUS SE/. I brought my car in to have the oil changed. It was in the shop for about two hours. It was under warranty. I got paperwork for the oil change. The staff`s customer service was wonderful. I am not having any problems with the vehicle now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. I brought my car in to have an oil change done. It was in the shop for about an hour. I had to pay 5 dollars for the oil change. I recieved paperwork. The staff`s customer service was pretty good. I do have a squeak in the front end but everytime I take it in, it doesn`t do it. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. My salesperson was Kevin. The customer service that I received was good. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 3 1/2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Miss Donna was my salesperson. She was very good. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. I took it in a week ago and just got it back. I had to take it in today again to have new brakes and roaters. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was neutral because of the problems and when I looked back over the paperwork I realized I am not going to be able to afford it.

    I own a 2001 Ford Mustang. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything and I was given a receipt. The customer service is always good and there are no problems with my car now.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. My overall experience was positive. My salespereson was Pete. His service was great. The car was in good condition and clean when I was approved for the car the same day. I took my car into another shop and the mechanics told me that it might be my fuel pump.

The staff`s customer service was really good. I believe now that the CB joints are going out. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought the vehicle in because I had two blown tires. It took 1 day for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I don`t remember if I received paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. I would give the customer service a 110%. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac AZTEK. I brought my car in for an oil change, the panel on the passenger side, the switch in the driver window, and the heat. They did a really good job. I brought it in at 8 and it was done before noon. It was all under warranty besides the oil change and I just go to them for that. I got paperwork for what they did. The staff`s customer service was good. The heat still cuts off sometimes and I have to tap the dash. They did say I may need a new blower motor so I am going to take it back in there for that. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in for an oil change. It was pretty quick. It took 15 minutes at the most. I had gotten a coupon so the oil change was only 5 dollars. I got paperwork for it. The staff`s customer service was really great. I am not having any problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for an oil change. I did get it back the same day. I was not charged for this service and I did get a receipt. I do not think I have any issues now. The staff overall was good.
