    I own a 2001 GMC Sonoma. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for about thirty minutes. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were very nice. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge RAM 1500. My experience was positive. Beau was my salesperson. My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My truck is still running alright.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. The staff treated me ok. I took the car to the service center because the fuel pump had to be replaced. It took them a couple days to get the car back to me. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now.

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My car was in for the check engnie light was on and a coolent leak. They had my car for about two days. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were nice. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Brent and he did a very good job working with me. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. It is a very nice van. I was approved the first day I went in and I noticed recently that the back wiper does not work.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Joel. His service was pretty good. The car was in good condition and clean when I got it. I was approved for the car the next day. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 1998 Buick Regal. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehicle because it seemed to be making a funny noise. The service was completed quickly for me. My vehicle is under warranty so I didn`t have to pay for the service. I did recieve paperwork for the service completed. The vehicle is running good today. The customer service was good, they were reall nice.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was neutral, because I did not realize that they were going to get into my personal business with all the questions I had to answer. They were asking me how long I have known my roommate, where we met, how we knew each other etc. and I felt that was a little personal for just puchasing a car. My salesperson was Eron, and he provided good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There is a speaker in the vehicle that sounds a little fuzzy, but everything else seems to be running good.

    I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Mary, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in nice condition when I bought it, but my engine light came on. My gas light came on too, but auto Zone said the the mass air filter needs to be replaced. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Ford Escort. The vehicle was recently brought in becasue it was missing, and heater needed service, and it took one day for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. I worked with Steve and also one other guy and girl and everyone did an excellent job while I was there. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. I have not had any problems with the vehicle at all.
